SCSM 2012 - Can I set a Knowledge Article to not be available on the Self Service Portal? RRS feed

    I want to create some knowledge articles that are for IT department internal consumption only and do not want those articles to display on the SSP.  Is there a toggle so that a published article is not visible even with a correct keyword search?  I realize just populating the external content or the analyst tab will take care of the content, but I would prefer to not even have a blank RTF display for the user should one find the article.

    Hi,

    Why not add a new status to the list, something like "Internal"?

    Ok, I'm not seeing anything that limits what is displayed on the SSP.  It seems as soon as an article is published that it is avaiable for search on the SSP.
