Able to sign in on Skype for Business on one machine but not on another RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

We have a user that has a laptop and a desktop that both have the same version of Skype for Business installed. The user uses the same username/password on both but works on one but not the other.

I thought you were able to have simultaneous logins with Skype for Business. The laptop gives the message the that credentials may be incorrect. We know they're not because he's able to use it on his desktop and is able to log into Office365 portal.

Any help out there would be great.

    Thanks!

Did not working PC join domain?

To this issue, we suggest you login using another SFB account on the not affected PC to check if the issue persist. if other SFB account is working on this affected PC, we suggest you delete SFB account sign-in information as the following snapshot, then launch SFB to login account:

If the affected PC join domain, please make sure connection between FE and affected PC is well (include Ping and DNS resolve).
