    I have just updated from xp pro sp2 and i am having problems opening control panel and display properties dialog boxes from start menu and desktop, i cant even get in to display properties at all....Can any one help?

    hi,

    Iam not clear with your question..

    When you click start you will find SEARCH at the left side.. you can type the program that you want.. it will open up fine..

    if you get any error message when opening the tool or program please let me know..

    Same here. Nothing opens. control panel ....NOTHING!! anyway.. im going back to xp..

     

    Can't configure network, no internet, beautiful desktop thats about it...
