    Hi,

    In the last few months I have been getting a Microsoft Windows box that has the message "microsoft office word has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  This happens when I am in Word and although I have copied down the message it has occurred in Power Point.  The program closes down and the comes back up. 

    Sometimes this happens when I have done control C to copy but other times it just happens.

    I have a Dell Studio 1555

    windows vista home premium service pack 2
