Gather incidents and service requests for one support group in one view RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    In SCSM2012 console, I would like to know if it is possible to display incidents and service requests for 2 different support groups in the same view

    Example: Display IR and SR assigned to support group "Level1 team A" and "Level 1 team B" in a view named "IR/SR of Level1"

    Is that something possible and which respect ITIL processes ?

  • Nothing out of the box like that.  I know some people were able to create a "Work item" section that contained separate views for each type.  I read the Advanced View Editor Pro can do this, but it has not been released and pricing is not available at this time.  Cireson has a pretty cool My Work Items addon as well. Which of course isn't support by Microsoft.
