Logitech bluetooth keyboard (K380) and mouse (M535) RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a Dell Latitude E5530 running Windows 10. I have a Logitech K350 keyboard and M510 mouse that I use with a USB adapter.  I want to use this wireless Bluetooth keyboard and mouse that I purchased, but having trouble installing drivers and I get messages that these devices are not visible.  Any clues for helping??

  • You need to download the latest Bluetooth driver from the website Logitech.

Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter

  • Hi Mohouse3,

Refer to the following link to pair the bluetooth devices and ensure they are listed in the device manager. Download the latest Windows 10 compatible drivers from the Logitech website for them.
