Windows 10 1809 upgrade task sequence failed via SCCM server 1806

Question

On SCCM server current branch 1806, we have created task sequence for Windows 10 1809 upgrade.
But upgrade failed with below error details on client Windows 7 32bit and 64bit machines.<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

Client machines Windows 7 32bit and 64bit with SP1.
SCEP version 4.10.209.0 are installed with latest definitionignore any dismissible compatibility messages option also enabled under task sequence. but still issue remains same.
please suggest...

Hi,
From the information you provided, the msmpeng.exe file is a key process within Windows Defender. Please refer to the following article to install the latest version of Windows Defender.
