lync phone cx600 sign out suddently RRS feed

  • They use cx600 with PIN auth and no USB cable.

    Lync control panel , certificate set never expire. 

    They use same extension number with PIN code can re-login normally. Any advise?

    If the issue happen with multiple Polycom CX600 phones, then it may not the hardware issue.

    Double check the network, make sure there is no network issue when the issue happen.

    Try to reset the IP phone test the issue again.

  • Have you update the phone to the latest firmware, 7577.4487?

    The lan port with PoE is also ok?

  • so, cx600 issue have 4 things need to check.

    1.  firmware version, no latest version but 7577.4487 firmware cx600 have screen issue.  we didn't plan to upgrade this version.

    2. network issues, they use new POC switch but not sure the port have issue or not.

    3. account issue? they use PIN login and the PIN code didn't change. 

    4. hardware issue?
