How can I add a monitor to a single machine? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have about 50 machines my SCE is monitoring.  I have learned how to create monitors and set up notification.  What I need a little help doing is applying a new monitor to a single machine.  Could anyone post a link on how to do this?

    Hi,

Based on my research, I think you can try configuring overrides with the option “For a specific object of class”:

  • I have been trying the same thing this morning to no avail. Hopefully someone will pick this up. I am trying to monitor the logical disk space on the non-system drive of a server(s). Setting the override for the monitor that is in place did nothing to alert me even though I put the alert to send if there was less than 99% space free on the drive.
