New Exchange 2013 user's Skype for business client always shows EWS not deployed RRS feed

    Hi,

    Our Exchange 2013 on-premise has a default domain user@contoso.com with the SFB address user@contoso.com , then we add a new Exchange domain a.com.

    While creating the new user such as newuser@a.com with the SFB address newuser@contoso.com , the SFB client shows EWS not deployed, a csClientPolicy is configured with DisableEmailComparisonCheck=True but still doesn't work.

    All the new DNS is added , do I miss any parts?

    Can anyone help me on my urgent case please?

    Hi Moore,

    According your description, you have two SMTP domains (a.com and contoso.com). Lync client would use SMTP domain to search Exchange Autodiscover URL and try to connect the EWS service.

    Please check you have add Autodiscover DNS record for “autodiscover.a.com”; and then try to add registry on the client side to see if it would work:

    “reg add HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\1x.0\Lync /v TrustModelData /t REG_SZ /d a.com /f”
