BusyOnBusy/VoiceMailOnBusy Hybrid RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

We have a Skype for Business Hybrid configuration (with SfB Server 2015), with Enterprise Voice On Prem. We can have users configured to use SfB Online and there telephony works through the On Prem Trunks and Gateways. However I can't figure out how to configure BusyOnBusy/VoiceMailOnBusy (BusyOptions) for the Online Users.

    I basically get this error:

Set-CsBusyOptions : Registrar pool is not set for user "THE USER ACCOUNT".

    At line:1 char:1

    + Set-CsBusyOptions -Identity "sip:THE SIP ADDRESS" -ActionType Bu ...

I'm not even sure if BusyOnBusy/VoiceMailOnBusy (BusyOptions) is available in the cloud.

  • Hi,

BusyonBusy is only for onpremise deployment, it is not available for online. you need to move the users onprem to benefit from the features.
