IMAP Sync Issue Mailbox folder RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    Please help me to we have exchange server 2010 running there are 600 hundred mailbox . Now we have configured IMAP, IMAP is working fine but we have face one issue ,User creates many folder in own mailbox keep the mail in that mailbox  folder but when we have configured the IMAP  only default folder sync  example( inbox, draft , sent outbox ) please help me how to resolved that issue.

  • Hi Sandeep,

     

    From the following article, we can see that, when using an IMAP email account, an IMAP folder list can be downloaded that displays all the folders contained in your account on the mail server. Please try the steps in this article if you can select which folders that you want to subscribe to or view on your computer:

     

    Choose which IMAP account folders appear in Outlook

    If all of the mailboxes have this mailbox, did you use Outlook client configure this account? Please test with different version Outlook.
