Open SharePoint Calendar to not the Current Date, but to a Specific date, e.g. 1/1/2010 Always RRS feed

  • Question

  • How Do I Open SharePoint Calendar to not the Current Date, but to a Specific date, e.g. 1/1/2010 Always? No matter who opens the list?

We have a historical Calendar, and we want to always open it on a specific date.

    Thank you,

  • No direct option in calendar list.

Just create a link and set the following address.

    /Lists/Calendar/calendar.aspx?CalendarDate=1/1/2010&CalendarPeriod=month

CalendarPeriod may be - month, week, day. Is this what you looking for?

    Thanks, Saravanan PRS
