  • You can install the Debugging Tools for Windows by downloading and installing the latest release of the Windows SDK (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8279): after starting the installation program, deselect all the options when you have to choose what to install and select only the Debugging Tools for Windows.
Read the article at http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/26584-2-intermediate-configuring-debugging-tools.html to properly configure debugging symbols.

If you want, you can upload the DMP file froum your \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SkyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can analyze it.

    Bye.

  • The dump file indicates a Stop 0x000000FE (BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER): this indicates that an error has occurred in a universal serial bus (USB) driver; the module reported is usbuhci.sys, the UHCI USB Miniport Driver provided by Windows.
Try updating the chipset driver of your PC to see if this solves the problem.

    Bye.
