Can't pin to taskbar, in any way. No dragging, no right clicking, no settings, nothing. Networks say im "unplugged" always, but i still got internet connection. RRS feed

  • I feel like i tried everything, i've been looking through all the options.
I cant right click a shortcut or anything and then choose pin to taskbar, not drag it down, not rightclick icons and stack them, not anything following the windows support, it doesn't work at all. My current pin's are gone, i only had 2.
I miss it, i need the Explorer, the browser, Mozilla Thunderbird and probably some other stuff.

Also, my network indicator in the system tray is showing the cable icon with a cross meaning media disconnected. Thats really weird, i got a wireless connection and it's working, i can browse the internet. This problem means i cant use the network diagnostic tool.

  • Time Sheep,

It's a longshot, but have you altered your shortcut handler in any way?

  • umm, now you say it, yes.
    I removed the shortcut watermark.
Let's see if thats the cause...

EDIT: Yes, thats the cause, i thought other stuff than shortcuts could be pinned.
