Skype for Business Meeting kicks people out after 10 Minutes RRS feed

  • We have a deployment where most users are onprem Skype for Business server and the rest are on Skype for Business Online.

    The issue seems to be when the Skype for Business Online users join a meeting with the onprem users. I checked the onprem server the timeouts are all an hour so I don't believe that's the issue but I'm running out of ideas on what to check. If they each host their own separate meetings the issue doesn't happen.

    Is there an error when meeting kick people out after 10 minutes?
    Who schedule this meeting? Online user? Or On-premise user?

    To this issue, please check conference policy and  try to create a new conference policy for specific user who schedule this meeting, then check if the issue persist. if not, try to renew certificate wizard using Skype for business deployment wizard.
