email triggering after successful user's account provisioning RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    I want to trigger password and account information, to respective manager. this should be triggered after successful provisioning.

    how it can be achieved ?

  • You need to add the workflow activity for email notifications to the MPR used to create the user object.  In the email notification activity you can then specify which email template you want to use or create your own.  You'll find the existing templates under 'Administration'.  You can then specify in the workflow activity who the recipients are, e.g. [//Target/manager] and they will receive the email notification when the user account is created.
