Hi,
I have exchange 2007, when I open the MMC I get this warning:

how can I get rid of this message every time I open the console?

in your live environment? You can view your DB's from the Exchange 2010 console rather than using the 2007 console.

As Dare mentioned,you should open the exchange 2010 console to view informations in your environment.
