SfB Calling from main line (help desk numbers for a set of users RRS feed

  • Hi,

    How to setup an auto attendant, in which if call comes to that number (Main line/Help desk numbers) it must be directed simultaneously to multiple user and also if the call is missed by auto attendant and if Auto attendant calls back to the extenral PSNT numbers and it should only call from a main number setup on Auto attendant not from the user's PSTN numbers.

    Can we create a calling Line identity policy and assign to ONLY group of people who is going to be part of "Help Desk" 

    I found the below link , But i just want to make sure will this impact to any other users in the tenet ?
