Hi,
We're a software company. IP is not blacklisted listed anywhere including Microsoft. Never spammed. The domain is about 15y.o.
On our Contact Page the email for general inquiries is info@company.com
The problem is that if ANYONE from Outlook services (mx:outlook.com) writes to this address, then our reply (!) goes to the junk folder.
I wonder why: the Outlook server should see this is a legitimate reply to the question asked by Outlook user.
Even more: We have created an Exchange Online account and forward all Outlook's mail through this address.
No luck anyway.
This is a horror. Every reply is junked.
Please help.
Mail records in DNS have SPIF, DKIM and with added outlook.com permissions to deliver.
Gmail receives everything well.
