  • An end user is getting this error in MS Project Professional 2013 (32-bit) running on Win 10 (64-bit) when he tries to open up a project on SharePoint:

    Sorry, we were unable to open your project. Please try again. If this happens again, contact your administrator. 

    I found several threads that said to clear the cache, add the site to Trusted Sites, change the instance under Identities in the Registry to .old, sign out of Office, etc but nothing seems to work. I tried to run SP1 for Project 2013 but it cannot be installed on Windows 10. Any advice?
