Hi Rich,
Please take account of the following ports which are used for SFB communication between client and server:
TCP 53 – SFB DNS query
TCP 5061 – SFB clients inside a corporate network/ For federated and public IM connectivity that use SIP.
TCP 5063 – Used for incoming SIP requests for Audio/Video conferencing.
TCP 443 – Used by SFB clients outside a corporate network
UDP 3478 – This port is used for STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT) messages. SFB clients initiate STUN connectivity check prior to media transmission. Once STUN
connectivity check is succeeded, media transmission happens.
UDP 50000 – 65000 – typical port range used for RTP – can be set to a specific port range on the SFB server
