backup gpo using windows os

  • hello

    I would like to make a backup of the policies folder using the windows OS I keep getting the prompt that the policies folder already exists. to a file share

    why?

  • will that copy the local servers gpos?

    my sysvols are out of sync and I wanted to backup both physical servers before trying to fix.

  • You could backup your all Gpo's,you should do it on DC.
