GPO Preference for IE11 Pop Up blocking exception

    Question

  • Hi All

I'm trying to exclude some sites for IE11 pop up blocking using GPO.

Having a look at some forums, it seems the GPO preference method is the more reliable method.

Now my problem is, these are for Windows 7, IE11. I can launch GPMC from one of the Server 2012 DC to see the IE10 option for Internet Explorer settings. However, I am concerned that the default settings set with this new policy may conflict with already existing IE policies set. I just want to set the PopUPBlocking exceptions. Don't need the rest, and don't want to jeopardise any other IE settings already set from other policies. What would be the best way to do this, using preferences?

    Thanks,

    DM

You know about F5/F6/F7/F8 and the green/red underlines?
