shvlzm.exe stopped working RRS feed

  • Question

  • Windows 7 pre-installed Multi-Player Internet Spades malfunctions during game play - the software stops working and closes.

A secondary technical issue related to Error Code: 0x80041004 "A network error occurred communicating with the game server" also occurs frequently.

  • Thank you, Jim, for your response, but neither of your suggestions resolved the problem.

The MS Game Server for MS pre-installed Internet Multi-Player Games is malfunctioning.

Awaiting Microsoft Service Management response on repairing their Game Server.
