Configure Hybrid when all users are online

Hi,

I have looked for information about support for implementing Skype for Business Hybrid when all users are already online. scenario:

Users are enabled for S4B online, AD sync to O365 implemented, no on-prem S4B. If we want to implement S4B on-prem at some point in time is it possible to implement Hybrid.

Yes, you can install on-premise and configure a normal hybrid Configuration.

If you only want to use local phonenumbers, you can use the MS Cloud Connector with a local phone Provider.
