ReportServer home page only listing a directory, no "fancy GUI" RRS feed

  • Question

  • SCCM 2012 R2.

I've installed the report service point and when I goto https://sccmserver/ReportServer, it only lists the directories.

I assume there's actually suppose to be a nicer webfront. There's no errors happening in component status, any ideas?

  • Hi,

https://sccmserver/ReportServer is normally the webservice of the SQL Reporting Services, and the https://sccmserver/reports is the website used to access the reports.

  • Thanks for the quick reply. I ended up changing the SRSS URL from ReportServer to Reports which I guess created a conflict.

Changed it back and now everything's fine and dandy.

edit: Actually now ReportServer works and Reports does not.

  • The easiest way to solve that: remove the SRS role, use Reporting Services Configuration Manager to set everything to its defaults (or uninstall/install if this does not work), add the SRS role.
