    Since your issue is related to Tivoli Access Manager, I suggest that you contact their technical support staff for a quick solution.

     

    In addition, please be more specific about your error message and background, so that we can know your issue more clearly.

     

    Finally, check if you set Alternate Access Mappings correctly, I think it worth a try in such a scenario. It’s recommended for you to configure AAM as the following document:
