Outlook 2016 doesn't appear under Notifications and Actions

    Question

  • I was trying to configure the notification settings for Outlook. So, I tried going to Notifications and Actions under Settings but I am not able to find the Outlook App listed.

I would highly appreciate if you could suggest a way to add the Outlook App under Notifications and Actions.

    Regards,

    Ricky

  • Hi Ricky,

By this, do you mean only Outlook app disappear from the list?
    How about other applications?

If the issue only occurs to Outlook, please try repairing Office via Control Panel and check if the problem can be fixed.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

  • Ricky,

I don't recall or believe it being necessary to "Add" it.  It does or may need to be turned on but, should be listed.  See photo... scroll down to find it alphabetically under 'O'
