  • Question

  • I have an older windows machine that occasionally will display this error code

    BCCode: 1000000a

    BCP1 : 1FDDA358

    BCP2 : 00000002

    BCP3 : 00000001

    BCP4 : 804E7EDF

    OSVer : 5_1_2600

    SP : 2_0

    Product : 256_1

Unfortunately it happens when no one is using the system.  It appears to reboot and then I get the error.

    Any ideas?

  • You did not mention what the bios power saving state is set to?

Might consider updating your image to Sp3 instead.

And set your bios power saving state to (S3).

    What video driver is this?

Have you disconnected all usb devices to see if one is causing your problem?

Try turning the USB device to allow xp to turn device off to save power.

What chip set is the mother board? Certain ones are known to have problems.

Clean install of the OS? Does this happen?

Which keyboard are you using? upto date driver(s) of chipset and system?

    Hopefully something helps you,.
