I.E. crashed today and no solution was available RRS feed

  • Question

  •  Below is the message I received twice today in my action center. I have been having problems with my browser and rapid flashing in my address bar when trying to access Outlook Express. I.E shut down on me several times today. I have ran 2 different antivirus scans and they come out clean. I brought task mngr. up today and found my LAN running very slow. I just changed from wireless to wired connections and haven't set any LAN settings. I have Windows 7 home.  I'm a novice and great at messing up. Should I uninstall and reinstall I.E. 10?  Any suggestions would be so helpful
