    COMTI TCP/IP Connectivity Error 2137 Received length = 538976288 , Maximum allowed = 512

    While testing the COMTI object functionality under VB programs under TCPIP connectivity through HIS 2000 to Mainframe, when we fire the one of the method whithin COMTI object, it gives below error:-

    "(2137) The TCP transport received a CICS TRM reply length that is greather than the maximum allowed. received length = 538976288, maximum allowed = 512. IP Address: XXXXXXX, port: XXXX, transid: F803. VB Error Number 2137"

    Does any body hae any idea what could be wrong??

    Please assist.

    I hope that you know that HIS 2000 is no longer supported by Microsoft. You should better think of upgrading your product !

  • Looks like MIcrosoft released the similar issue Hotfix for Host integration Server 2004 ...but i am not sure whether there are any hotfix for Host integration server 2000:-
