Error in GIS maps on Internet Explorer 11/Firefox

We are getting an error in Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox on Windows 10 when attampting to view our GIS maps.

It works fine on Internet Explorer 11 & Firefox on Windows 7

Silverlight is required to run these maps

Both have same versions of the browsers, same version of Silverlight.

As both OS' have same browser versions and silverlight version, it must be something in the OS, as it works on Windows 7

In Windows 10, open start and search for Feedback and open Feedback App and report this issue.

Try uninstall Silverlight and restart your PC and then reinstall it.
