Can anyone help me with silent uninstallation command of Skype for Business 2016.Thursday, August 25, 2016 4:57 AM

Hi,
Here are the command-line options for Office 2013, you will need to modify them a bit for Office/Skype 2016: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc178956(v=office.15).aspx#BKMK_uninstall

Yes, agree with Peter.
If you want to silent uninstall the SFB client 2016, you could try the following command line:
1. Using a text editor, edit the following element attributes in the \\server\share\Office16\ProPlus.WW\SilentUninstallConfig.xml file:
<Configuration Product="ProPlus">
<Display Level="none" CompletionNotice="no" SuppressModal="yes" AcceptEula="yes" />
</Configuration>
2.At the command line, use the following syntax:
\\server\share\Office16\setup.exe /uninstall ProPlus /config \\server\share\Office 16\ProPlus.WW\SilentUninstallConfig.xml
