On occasion, we have a couple of errors thrown from our RMS (Connector Service) when CPU spikes on our Provider server (HP OMW), generally something like:
The Connector service threw an exception because no providers could be contacted to send alerts.
The Connector/Provider connection appears to recover and is working once CPU settles down.
Is there a setting that we can adjust to increase the "timeout" before it sends an exception alert?
