Deleted the Outbound Sync Rule, ERE's still exist in 'Not Applied' state RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am trying to change my Sync rule from old MPR, Sets, Outbound Sync Policy to Outbound Scoping Filter.

For this purpose, I have deleted the old sync rule, Sets, MPR and created new one with OSF. New requests are getting synchronized with new OSF rule.

However, the old data still exists in Metaverse. The sync rule which was deleted from FIM Portal, somehow was getting added back to the FIM MA (on import).

I need help in how to properly delete the old sync rule and how to get rid of all the old ERE's from the Metaverse.

    Kindly assist.

Edit: I have around 225K objects using the new OSF rule, and around 5K objects using the old rule.

  • Hi,

First, please check your Object Deletion Rule for the synchronizationRule object type in the MV.
