I have the airlink101 pciatv tv card and it uses that 23881 chip my card installed the driver but the message in media center was "no tuner found..." i was able to get the card to work with the x64bit windows by using the labtec drivers . but that trick did not work for vista (64bit or x86) i am still trying . if you find something that works please post it!
