    hello, today i had to download the TOSHIBA web camera application becuase i deleted it by accident but when i try to run the application it seems to work ok but the background and icons change like so-

    i dont know why it does this please help, thanks.

    Hello, looks like a resolution problem.  Check the video driver (right click computer,properties,device manager),and the display settings.(right click desktop,personalize,display settings)  hope it works,,,

    any help is well appreciated, it all depends on who needs it
