  • Hi,

Please first let me know how you use the MSRA to connect another computer.

To navigate the root cause, please help to test following scenario:

If you use IE to open the website and encounter the issue, please try other browsers.

I consider that such web page occupied the resource that MSRA is using or make some crash which affect MSRA.

Please use Process Monitor to capture the behavior during this issue and see if there is any access unexpected error happened.

    Process Monitor v3.05

How to use, please refer to this article:

  • hey kate many thanks for your response

we are using windows remote assistance for MSRA

i.e. if we use RDP connections no problem appears.

if we use another browser than IE9 i.e. Google Chrome, there is no problem either.

as we just minimize such a webpage the usual performance is back

or if i open another application which is overlaying the IE the problem disappears as well

i have to wait until i can run the process monitor on a client.
