    Hi guys, 

    How do I allow regular/personal free external Skype users to locate my Business skype account / name ? 

    I just tried to locate my business Skype account by using a  personal free Skype account and I couldn't locate it. I tried to search by using my onmicrosoft.com email address / full name / reg email address and etc'...

    I'm looking forward to hearing from you...thanks a lot for your help!

    Hi Michush,

    For onprem deployment you need to provision your FQDN of your edge server at the website https://pic.lync.com/

    you need also configure additionally some settings in your onprem deployment:

    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn705313.aspx

    If it is in Skype for Business Online:

    Go to Admin Center - Admin Centers - Skype for Business - Organization - External Communication - enable communication with public provider.
