    HI Guys,

    I am pretty new to service manager, i am trying to set up an incident request in the web portal for paper jams. I want the user to click into a list (an enumeration list i assume) and for it to list all the printers published in AD so they can select the relevant one based on its description.

    What would be the best way to go about doing this?

    In the Request Offering (with an incident template), you need to add a Query type as User Prompt then Map it to the Printers class.
