  • Hello,  I received an email today noting Expiration Notification for Office 365 Home.  I do not remember getting this?

    HELP, I cannot pay for something I have not used???

    Please let me know what I need to do to not get this or what I got this from?  according to your information???

  • Hi Teresa,

    You receive this notification because your Office 365 subscription is about to expire, or has expired. To continue using Office, you must renew your Office 365 subscription.

    I don't quite understand this statement, could you please elaborate a bit on this?

    Check the status of your Office 365 Home subscription via office.com/renew, and renew it if needed. After you renew your subscription, close all of your open Office applications and open them again to begin using them.
