Hello
Save all attachments to a network drive stopped working after updating to version Outlook 2016 v1803. Why is that? The network drive is on Windows Server 2012R2

Known issue since the January release;
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Fixes-or-workarounds-for-recent-issues-in-Outlook-for-Windows-ecf61305-f84f-4e13-bb73-95a214ac1230The final fix for this should ship with the 1807 release.

Agree with Robert that this is a known issue and currently please refer to the method mentioned in the link he shared above to temporarily work around the issue.
You can also try the following steps as another workaround:
1. Instead of clicking 'Save All Attachments', make a single left click on one attachment,
2. Hold 'CTRL+A' together, and then drag all attachments together to your desired network location.Hope the this can be helpful. You can also monitor the article shared by Robert to get the latest information about this issue. Thanks for your time and understanding.
