Display target end date on SCSM 2012 self service portal RRS feed

  • Our users would like to see when their incident or service request is due to be completed. They would like to see the target end date through the self-service portal. I don't see why they shouldn't see this information but does anyone know how to add it?

    Suppose you are asking for a way to modify the data that the end users sees when they are browsing the the My Requests page? Unfortunately, there is no way to edit this as of today.

    Is there any way to perhaps add the target end date as a comment or perhaps even email as a notification. I have tried to find ways but am finding it difficult and am looking for some guidance.

  • You can create subscription using Service Level Instance Time Information as target class.. trigger it with every incident creation
