It's worth using the Search Forums box at the top of the page or your favourite search engine to see if someone has already attempted these application; however I can answer some of them:
Microsoft Office Visio Standard 2003, yes
VMware Infrastructure Client 2.5; I think this uses COM+ so no but its worth sequencing to find out
Microsoft Office Access 2003 SP3, yes
Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 5.0.2749.0, you should be able to sequence the console
Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack 5.2.3790.1830, no
RSA Authentication Manager 6.1.2, you should be able to sequence the console
Microsoft Silverlight (integrated with IE), yes
Microsoft SQL Server 2008, you should be able to sequence the console but not the database engine

Virtualizing the VIC / vSphere client can be done - no problems. You just need all of its pre-reqs natively...
