  • First of all, I take it for granted that the program works on the same system when running native and not live an APP-V package.

    To me it seems like App-V can't hook correctly.

    If there is some COM included i would try editing those settings first.
    If that don't work I would try a workaround, try to create: c:\programfiles (x86)\corptax\corptaxclient_2019.1.0\ in base os.

    Copy CorpTax.Shell.exe into that folder and edit package. Delete the file from package and create merge with local on that local folder. If that works I would just script that file copy operation. See pointers on my blog
