  • Hello,

By default you need to type password in Outlook Anywhere. if you want to configure permamant authentication (its not recommended), follow this article, http://www.css-networks.com/2010/12/outlook-exchange-via-rpchttps-outlook-anywhere-outlook-via-internet-ntlm/.

Do you use the domain account or local account on the Outlook Anywhere client?

Also try connecting via Outlook Anywhere method (ROH) internally and see if the issue persists. If the issue does not happen in the internal environment, please check the publish rules if you have TMG installed.
