    Hi

    I have to migrate from one mail domain to another and still use old one for  some monthes. I have already configured accepted domain.   For example we use contoso.com . New one will be contoso.new. Currently we have one Email Address Policy for contoso.com.  I would like to use old domain just for old users and setup contoso.new as primary smtp address. For new user I would like to set up only smtp address just for contoso.new.

    How I have to configure Email Address Policy. Edit currently or create new one. Could you advice me.

    Hello!
    Creating a New Email Address Policy will give you the opportunity to use different policies for different groups of users. Also, you can change the default policy and set your prefered SMTP address space  "as Reply"

    Hi,

    You can edit the default one and add new smtp address and set the new SMTP address space "as reply". The new mail domain would applies for the older user as primary smtp address and the old smtp address would keep for them.
