  • Cannot get to my email because it says it is not certificated, can you call me

  • Kindly share information on the email client and the domain you're trying to sync.

    If the email domain is of your company's, contact your company's Exchange admin for details on this.

    If not, kindly confirm the domain name, like Gmail or Outlook.

    If you are using Outlook, we may try to turn off e-mail matching for certificates. Please refer to the link:
