Problem with Windows DVD burner RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to make a DVD of photos from my camera but every time I try to put in the files, either I get a message that there was an error burning and the disc is no longer usable, OR the other thing that happens is that when I want to add files from my folder it comes up "no items match your search" even though the files are clearly visible. I am using windows 7

  • Hi,

I suggest you can try to use another DVD disk to check if it works or not.

Also you can try to reinstall the DVD driver to check the result.

    For detail steps:

    1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

    2. Click System and Security, click System, and then click Device Manager     Note If Control Panel is in Classic View, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.

    3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.

    4. In Device Manager, expand DVD/CD-ROM drives, right-click the CD and DVD devices, and then click Uninstall.

    5. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click OK.

    6. Restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the drivers will be automatically installed

    Hope this helps.
